  • They have a piano where Aelin can practice, and they have people from the Terrasen Orchestra come to visit on occasion.
  • Rowan doesn’t realize how much work it takes to actually settle down and domesticate, but he loves watching Aelin get so into it

  • It’s a bit disorienting, not needing to be on edge all the time.
  • Aelin asks Rowan what he’s thinking about, but he just smiles.
  • Rowan: why do we need all these herbs and spices?
  • Aelin: I don’t know, but they smell good.
  • Aelin has spent so much at the store that she realizes she needs to budget, and maybe make a grocery list in the future. She puts Rowan in charge of that.
  • Rowan: “Let’s go home, Fireheart.”
